2. Cold Chain Handling

All fresh cuts and egg packs are packed in chilled insulated bags to maintain 0°C to 4°C temperature integrity during transit.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed transparently during checkout on the ordering portal or confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
